Riddle!

since none of u got it i will post it again with another hint. there r no seconds. here is the riddle again:

a boy asked his father wat time it was. the father gave him these hints. he gave his older brother 5 nickels. he gave him 2 dimes and 1 nickel. he gave his younger sister 1 dime and 3 nickels. by this hint the boy knew wat time it is. wat time is it and explain how u got the answer.

the prize will be anything tradable that is 1000 bugs or less. no instruments or rocket boots.

    4:50 cause you add 1+3 wich is easy very little math then with all the other cents you use them as minutes

    Heres what I have the big brother is the big hand on the clock wich is minutes.The little sister is the litle hand wich is hours.and IDK who HE is then i get stuck

    12:45 cause each of the = the ammount a quarter is worth and if you add up all the numbers you get 12 and 45 is 3 quarters past 12

    and adding all the numbers up is like 7+4 VERY simple very little math and underline the sentence that would help most...

    or 3:45 because theres 3 kids and a quarter after 3 is 3:45 see??no math in that one that HAS to be right!or 3:25 cause they all are 25 so yea and 3 kids

    hmm this is getting harder than i thought...


    is it...

    8:22??

    I added the highest numbers and then i the nickles and the dime together and that became 22
    (1+1=2 2<>2 together is 22)

    and the 5+3 is 8 and yeh that seems to be pretty little math!!

    Hope i get it correct!!
